With mahogany at its centre, this is joined by paulownia wings, a white ash back and a phenomenal poplar burl top. The GB-Modern 5 is equipped with a pair of Nordstrand Big Single pickups. These aren't your average single coil pickups though; think big, thick low end and plenty of clarity throughout the mids and highs.
